Health Now's patient portal provides a more in-depth engagement and active role in your health. The portal allows you to: Ask a question, request or schedule an appoint, request refills directly, pay your bill, view your health records, and fill out any necessary forms for your healthcare team at Health Now to care of you better.
Profile: You will find your personal information here along with ability to adjust settings, notifications, and ability to upload documents such as driver's license and insurance cards.
Request appointment -You will be able to schedule your own telehealth appointments. If you are wanting to be seen in person, you will need to request an appointment by calling/texting 701-502-4669. or can send in a message through the portal.
Ask a question - You will be able to ask your healthcare provider a question directly by clicking on the messages tab.
Pay my bill - If you choose to submit your visit to insurance, the patient portal provides a secure and easy way to pay. No confusing statements that make you question what was actually done! your visit was about.
Request refills - you won't need to go through your pharmacy anymore! Request a refill right through the portal and you can work with your healthcare provider on obtaining a refill.
Patient forms - Watch for notifications as the provider may send out healthcare related forms prior to a visit. These forms are essential to ensuring your health is the focus of each and every visit.
View records - Your records are your records. If you do not see your medical history, let your healthcare provider know and it will be made accessible. If you have questions you can set up a time to discuss the result or piece of medical history. with your provider.
