We have taken steps to upgrade to a more robust system to start taking insurance for our patients! This means we need your help to get set up in our new system!
We have begun the process of being able to accept insurance and submit claims to all the major insurance carriers in the state of North Dakota. We are also working to work with some national carriers, INCLUDING Medicare.
We will be updating the list of accepted insurances on this webpage as they become available.
We may still be working on being able to work with your insurance company. However, we may not have been aware of your insurance company until you let us know! Please email us at email@example.com or click on the orange chat box to the right and let us know about your insurance carrier so that we can take steps to be able to submit to your insurance company.
Health Now's patient portal provides a more in-depth engagement and active role in your health. The portal allows you to: Ask a question, request or schedule an appoint, request refills directly, pay your bill, view your health records, and fill out any necessary forms for your healthcare team at Health Now to care of you better.
Ask a question - you will be able to, as before, ask your healthcare provider (Ashli or Mick) a question directly.
Request appointment - you will be able to schedule your own telehealth appointments. If you are wanting to be seen in person, you will need to request an appointment through this selection or call/text 701-502-4669.
Request refills - you won't need to go through your pharmacy anymore! Request a refill right through the portal and you can work with your healthcare provider on obtaining a refill.
Pay my bill - if you choose to submit your visit to insurance, the patient portal provides a secure and easy way to pay. No confusing statements that make you question what was actually done!
View records - your records are your records. If you go in to view a piece of your medical history and it doesn't appear to be available for your review, let your healthcare provider know so that it can be made accessible or so that you and your healthcare provider can set up a time to discuss the result or piece of medical history.
Patient forms - the small number in the top right corner will let you know if your healthcare provider has requested that you complete healthcare-related forms. These forms are essential to ensuring your health is the focus of each and every visit.
We will still be offering the same cost-saving option for both telehealth and in-person visits until we are credentialed with insurance carriers. Telehealth visits remain $59. Initial in-person visits are $150 with a 60-min allotted time. Follow-up in-person visits are $90 with a 30-min allotted time. These prices will be changing in the new few weeks! While insurance will be accepted, we will also be offering out-of-pocket pricing that will be available upon request. These new prices are not yet in effect.
